He  is  also  the  Pharmacy  Law  Instructor  at  the  University  of  Illinois  College  of  Pharmacy,  and  is  a  past  president  of  the  American  Society  for  Pharmacy  Law.  Mr.  Rickert  represents  pharmacies,  pharmacists,  drug  manufacturers  and  distributors,  and  other  health  care  providers  in  court  and  in  connection  with  matters  before  state  boards  of  pharmacy  across  the  country,  and  before  federal  agencies  such  as  DEA  and  FDA.Roger  N.  Morris,  JD,  RPhRoger  Morris  currently  serves  as  a  member  of  Quarles  &  Brady’s  Executive  Committee  and  is  chairman  of  the  firm’s  Health  &  Life  Sciences  Industry  Group.  Mr.  Morris  has  previously  served  as  Chair  of  the  Health  Law  Group  and  as  the  firm’s  marketing  partner.  He  is  a  past  president  of  the  American  Society  for  Pharmacy  Law  and  teaches  Food  and  Drug  Law  and  Pharmacy  Law  at  Arizona  State  University  School  of  Law  and  Midwestern  University  College  of  Pharmacy  respectively.  His  practice  focuses  on  the  representation  of  numerous  businesses  involved  in  pharmaceutical  care,  including  drug  manufacturers,  wholesalers  and  retailers,  compounding,  specialty,  and  hospital  pharmacies  as  well  as  PBMs  and  340b  contracted  entities.  Mr.  Morris  received  his  JD,  magna  cum  laude,  from  the  University  of  Pittsburgh  School  of  Law.  He  is  admitted  to  the  State  Bar  of  Arizona,  the  U.S.  Supreme  Court,  the  U.S.  Court  of  Appeals–9th  Circuit,  and  the  U.S.  District  Court  for  the  District  of  Arizona.  Mr.  Morris  is  also  a  pharmacist.
