Review your video from the OSCE counseling session and respond to the following questions. For each item that you list, provide a video timestamp for instructor review. Each response for questions #1–4 should follow the example in question #1.

  1. List one (or more) thing(s) you did well in the counseling session regarding relationship-centered communication (eg, the RCC skills you used during the session).

    Example: I did well establishing the patient’s priorities for the encounter. At 00:42, I asked the patient what else they wanted to do at the pharmacy today, and listened to their response. I then asked them again if there was anything else, to make sure I had a complete list of their concerns before moving on with the encounter.

  2. List one (or more) thing(s) you would do to improve for future counseling sessions regarding relationship-centered communication (eg, the RCC skills you used during the session):

Note: You MUST include a video timestamp for all items listed; items without a video timestamp provided will not be reviewed.
