AB Brian  S.  Decker  (1963-2018),  a  coauthor  of  the  “Hemodialysis  and  Peritoneal  Dialysis”  chapter  in  Pharmacotherapy  since  its  eighth  edition  in  2012,  received  his  BS  in  Wildlife  Sciences  and  Pharmacy  and  PharmD  degrees  from  Purdue  University.  He  received  his  MD  degree  from  Indiana  University  School  of  Medicine  in  2003,  and  he  completed  a  residency  in  Internal  Medicine  and  Fellowships  in  Nephrology  and  Clinical  Pharmacology  at  IU.
